Kumeyaay Community College, in partnership with Cuyamaca Community College, is offering a course on Kumeyaay Ethnobotany for Spring Semesters.  This course will explore the relationship between the Kumeyaay/Diegueno People and the plants and vegetation of their traditional territory.  Come learn about the plants that were and are used to sustain, heal and protect the Kumeyaay Nation.  To receive college credit students must submit an online application and register through Cuyamaca College.  Instructors: Michelle Garcia & Richard Bugbee with Kumeyaay Elder Jane Dumas.  For more information please call 619-445-6917
